ARE Seeds is a continuously unfolding process developed through me, belonging to humanity. It starts with an intention to plant the seeds of what you desire and then to weed out what is no longer serving the greater good. The process continues in a linear, spirilic, and/or circular pattern as you flow through the 5 phases/filters/steps.
During the initial phase (phase 1) (usually done first time in the morning) begin with an intention to connect to your inner spacious field. Open up to your sensory experience of the now. Become aware of what is present in your reality. Then (phase 2) decide what you really want to plant (seed) and evaluate/explore your options. Now, (throughout your day) (phase 3) it’s time to plant your intentions in the field and eliminate what does not belong (weeds). During phase 4, (usually an evening practice) things need to digest, germinate, process and/or dissolve (wisdom from the weeds). Finally, (phase 5) you are encouraged to savor (reap) what has bloomed and spread it to your connections & community.
This process is designed to help improve your intentional processing network. Often when we are not being intentional, our automatic processing system can become negative or built on past negative experiences (subconscious or default mode network). As you practice the ARE SEEDS phases you may automatically become more positive, improve communication, confidence and root stronger connections.
1. S-spacious/sensing —(higher consciousness and self-awareness functions) use centering, mindfulness, stillness, silence, meditation, visualization and attunement practices to tune into the present moment. Begin to plant your positive intentions and clear the weeds. Become alert to your surroundings and notice subtle shifts in energy. Be aware of the ‘sympathetic speed up’ & the need for boundaries.
2. E-evaluate/explore —(higher brain, executive functions) use reason, learning, logic, and options to react with flexibility in real-time to your evolving life situation. When using this filter become aware of the fight flight response of your nervous system, that can hijack your higher brain. Ask yourself is experience a FOE (feeling/fearing others expectations) or a PAL (patiently allowing life).
3. E-embody/eliminate —(mind-body-subtle body functions) using somatic sensing and embodiment practices to embrace the reality of the experience. Eliminate (walk away, pause, disconnect, discharge) toxic energy and patterns from your field. This step is a continuous moment to moment awareness of how the World and its things are impacting your being.
4. D-digest/dissolve —(reflective, imaginative and intuitive functions) slow down, settle, take time to use processing and integration tools to root the positives. Get the wisdom from the weeds and dissolve any toxic hooks in your energy field. Reflect on what is blooming, what needs your attention, and noticing synchronicities.
5. S-savor/spread—(utilize higher consciousness and social connection functions) time to slow down, relax the body, rest, regenerate, and begin the integration process on the cellular level. Allow for time to heal, absorb wisdom and intuitive messages. Then spread the goodness (inner, outer, between) with love, kindness, and patience.
SEEDS Terms
State of Being definition: Who you are, were or will be. A unique blend of your thoughts, memories, feelings, emotions, cognitions, various ways/things you identify as or with, sensations, time and place, etc. Basically, your unfolding tapestry of interconnectedness across all space and time.

Flexible (F)-sensing the field, allowing healthy and weeding unhealthy connections.
Absorbing (A)-lack of healthy awareness of how the world of people & things is affecting your energy.
Inflexible (I)-letting nothing positive or negative into your field. Not getting the wisdom from the weeds.
ARE-Amplify, Reflect, Evolve
To begin start with the 5 phases 5 minutes as your day begins and 5 minutes when it closes (or when you can), as well as spontaneously throughout your day.
Seek a calm, serene, and quiet environment. Open your heart and mind as you allow stillness to settle in. Become rooted, centered, clear and connect to your higher wisdom. Remember who you really are. Use your creativity to flow through the phases towards the reality you dream of creating. Finally, allow the magical Universe (insert your term here) to ARE that or something better!
